Abstract

Lokale Sozialpolitik im kommunalen Raum steht vor der Herausforderung der sozialen Inklusion. Das bezieht sich auf alle Formen des homo patiens. Inklusion knüpft sich ambulantisierend an De-Institutionalisierung. Dieser Wandel ist keine triviale Herausforderung und nicht nur eine Frage geeigneter rechtlicher Rahmenbedingungen und ökonomischer Anreize. Verändern müssen sich die kulturellen Haltungen der Akteure; lokale Netzwerkbildung eines integrierten Sozialraums ist die zentrale Aufgabe. Letztendlich geht es um einen Wandel in der psychodynamischen Aufstellung der Menschen. Es geht um Kreativität als Voraussetzung sozialer Innovationen. Dies wirft ein neues Licht auf das Verständnis von Sozialreform.

 

Barriers and Opportunities of Local Communities. A Psychodynamic Perspective of the Research Results

Local social policy is under the pressure of cultural change towards social inclusion. This challenge is related to all variations of the homo patiens. Inclusion as de-institutionalization needs adequate legal frameworks and economic incentives. Network building towards integrated social spaces is important. But it is not enough. The central precondition is a change in the modes of thought, in the cultural grammar of habits and behaviour. Therefore inclusion is not a trivial story. After all, inclusion is a cultural change in the deep structures of psychodynamics of the human personality in the modes of social interaction. A very important issue is the ability of social innovation as a function of creativity to change the status quo. A new perspective regarding the character of social reform will emerge.
