Abstract
This article deals with the question of how the pragmatically oriented Enterprise Theory is to be formed with regard to object and structure. The initally developed normative Business Science Decision Theory is confronted by the author with the concept of Action = oriented Business Theory put forward by him. This latter theory also refers to the decision = determined actions of the corporate management. But it differs from the normative Decision Theory in that it is based on empirical managerial objectives. It moreover covers a more comprehensive analytic area: besides the managerial optimum analyses is also comprises the enterprise-related "effect analysis".
