Abstract
Main Determining Factors of Economic Orders
In order to characterize economic orders for the purpose of system comparisons, the main determining factors of economic orders are explained according to systems and classified by the criteria „constitutive“ and „accidental“. In the light of a few examples the author explains the materially, legally and intellectually constitutive and accidental factors of economic orders. Finally, the author draws the attention to the close interdependencies between the economic order, which is part of the overriding social order, and the constitutional, general legal, social security and educational order.
